Desserts Been a night time favorite for years.layer berries (I use frozen triple berry blend)yogurt (Dannon light and fit vanilla is my fave for this)some sort of crunchies... in the pic is Cascadian farms granola and these days I’m on a shaved almond from Trader Joe’s kick my favorite afternoon snackfresh pineapplesprinkle cocoa powder and top with truwhip Nice little sweet treatGreat for a party and kids love it with fruitI/2 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt1 tbsp funfetti cake mix1 tbsp fat free sugar free vanilla pudding mix Crustless pumpkin pieIngredients:30 oz Pure pumpkin (canned)1 ¼ c 1% milk (ok skim or almond milk)½ c Kodiak mix (or flour)2 Eggs½ c Egg Whites (or sub with 2 more eggs)1Tsp stevia1 T Pumpkin Pie spice1/2 tsp SaltDirections:Mix all ingredients together well.Pour into a sprayed pie dish.Bake at 350 for approx. 1Hr 20Min or until set. my apple pie substituteslice apples (I like them thin) sprinkle with cinnamon (you may want to add a sweetener) nuke for a minute or 2. Spread out on an ole wrap roll up and bake on 350 for about 10 minutes. Add some tru whip or cool whip Perfect when you just need a little sweetCut up apples toss in slow cooker with about 1/4 cup of water sprinkle with cinnamon and I add some vanilla and toss on low for a few hours premiere and sugar free pudding and mix it upYummmmmmmmmm Crockpot Rice pudding1 cup minute rice (uncooked)3 cups unsweetened almond milk2 tbsp stevia1 1/2 tsp truvia brown sugar2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 tbsp brummel and brown spreadgrease the slow cooker with butter spread or spray with Pamtoss in all the ingredients and stir them upcook on low for 3-4 hours Great to bring to a party!!Just picked up an angel food cake added sliced fresh strawberries, blueberries, a handful of slivered almonds and a few mini chocolate chips.
