One of the most challenging areas of figuring out this healthy eating thing for me was trying to figure out how to stay away from sweets. When I stopped trying to stay away from them and figured out how have them it was a game changer for me. This doesn’t mean I don’t indulge every once in a while with a nice hot fudge sundae or one of my moms homemade chocolate chip cookies but let’s be real here, to keep myself healthy and comfortable in my pants it’s really a good idea if I keep those as a once in a while thing.
